Here the inspiration journey has gone all the way south of Italy to Calabria. NDUJA from Ask is, like its origin, a spreadable Salami stuffing with flavors; primarily from chili. Simply a spreadable spicy stuffing that really hits the spot. Very suitable for pizza or grilled sourdough bread. Also try it in a sofrito for gambas where you sweat onion, paprika and garlic together with the Nduja before adding a splash of white wine and throwing in the large raw shrimp. 100g net
